Panda Express - Kingsport

This was my very first Panda Express visit.. from the time I walked thru their door i was presented with a Very upbeat and high energy personnel! Very clean and presentable selections! And myself and my family ALL loved everything about our experience!! Highly recommended!

The most efficient Panda I’ve been to. Not out of anything, no long wait, fast and friendly service! Whoever the store manager is should be promoted to a regional manager immediately to show the other area locations how it should be done.

Long story short.. I door dashed a very expensive meal and when it got to my house I was very upset with the food .. I had paid extra for the angus steak and when we got it, it was a sad excuse for a 65 dollar order. I called as soon as we got it and talked to a manager named Kayla she was extremely friendly and told me she would replace my whole order. I door dashed again tonight because I didn’t want to drive that 20 min drive to get our food. But when it came it was just as it should be.. perfect amount of food , fresh, I called to talk to the manager which just so happened to be Kayla! Kayla I won’t you to know I thank you for you kindness and willingness to replace my order. My order was amazing this time and I will continue to order thanks to you and your kindness!

It 's soooooooooo good. Food is always fresh. The Shanghai Angus steak is to die for! The sweet tea is delicious and the egg rolls are larger than expected and taste delicious! You can buy right fortune cookies for a dollar and when you round up the bill and donate your change to charity they ring a bell and a chorus of 'thank you ' echoes amongst the employees. 5/5, 10/10 will return again.

Never a bad experience. Food is awesome. Staff is excellent!
