O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Kingsport

Went back since the previous experience wasn't bad. This time it was awful. My wife's margarita first came back with no salt. We sent it back and it came back with half the salt on the rim, the other half in the drink. Nobody seemed like they wanted to be there. The burger was dry, the fries were like warm. Nobody bussed a table the entire time we were there.I took some pictures of my vantage point. I'm at the dentist right now because the feeling came out because the food was so tough.

The only thing redeemable about this experience was my server Todd, he was absolutely wonderful and an exceptional server. I hope he goes to a better place. Now the food: The potato soup was just cheap cheese and almost no sign of anything else, my coleslaw was literally frozen, the spinach dip was bland and not cheesy enough. My salad had way too much dressing but he did offer to get me a new one. Overall it just feels like they are serving bland uncared for food.

Came in late before closing. The waitress was very attentive and brought out fresh rolls out of the oven. They were delicious. Then we ordered a drink and they didn't have what we wanted and gave us a discount since they didn't have it which was very nice. Our food was very fresh. We decided to try and order a meal to go and the kitchen was closed so the waitress made us a club sandwich to go. Very very good service and price was reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Even though my online order didn 't go through to the restaurant and I arrived to find this out only to have to place my entire order again the waitress who took my to go order was extremely pleasant and did her best to apologize and quickly correct the unpleasant inconvenience experience. Even though I ended up getting back to the hospital too late to get threw the front doors I managed to get my mom 's food to her which was the ultimate goal and she was extremely satisfied with her food.

Our food was tasty and temperature was great, but aside from that it was a terrible experience. Our server was absolutely the worst server we have had anywhere. She didn't pay any attention to what she was doing. She forgot to bring our drinks and when she finally did she messed that up. I ordered a Miller Lite, and got a Michelob Ultra. We also had to ask about our appetizer, which I believe she had forgot about as well. All four of us ordered the chicken tenders dinner, 3 of which were all double fries, the fourth was supposed to have fries and Mac and cheese for the sides but didn't get any Mac and cheese. The server offered to have Mac and cheese to be brought and we declined bc it would have been more of a wait. It was all down to the server not paying attention.
