Long John Silver's (31555) - Kingsport

I went back to the restaurant to get the French fries I had ordered, but the staff gave me a poor excuse for fries, claiming they were "fresh." They only provided a small portion. At this point, I'm frustrated because my order was completely wrong. I can't understand why they would mess up orders when they weren't even that busy. I have no intention of returning to this place.

The wait time for our food after placing our order was unacceptable. We waited 30 minutes before receiving our meals. Additionally, the fries were not fresh or flavorful; they tasted as if they had been sitting out for a while.

I visit this restaurant when I'm in the mood for fish, which is a rare treat in our area. The girl at the counter was very friendly and even gave me a discount. However, when I got home, I found that my order was incorrect. The coleslaw was not what I expected; it was overly creamy and difficult to eat. My $10 order of roasted shrimp was clearly fried instead, and it seemed like it had gone through three rounds of frying. The quality of food at the Fort Henry location has noticeably declined, and to be honest, I'm not inclined to return.

Food was really good! Even if they were short on staff, they were still friendly and made it quick!

I ordered a 12 piece dinner , ask for it to be made fresh. I'll let them know I didn't mind waiting one bit but the fish , chicken hush puppies had been deep fried for the second time. You can tell by how it tastes how well done extra crispy it is.
