Jersey Mike's Subs - Kingsport

This place is amazing. It's my favorite Jersey Mike's of all time. I have been to several but the food here always comes out better with better portions.Food: 5/5

This is always my go to sub shop, and especially this location. We ordered lunch at work so full disclaimer I didn't see my food until it arrived. While deciding on what I wanted I was very happy to see a new chicken teriyaki hot sub so thought why not and try it in a tub (no bread just in bowl). Ordered it as it came (with grilled onions and peppers) and only added banana peppers, well let's just say there maybe a handful of onions and peppers and NO banana peppers. As for the the portion size well look at the pictures and judge for yourself. There was way too much sauce on it, may as well just drank a bottle of it! Thankfully I had brought something else to eat just hate that I paid almost $11 for something that went straight in the trash after couple of bites. Will I go back yes, but my advice, stay away from the chicken teriyucky!!

This was my first time in a Jersey Mike's and I was unimpressed. Nothing particularly about this particular location, I suppose. Just the service wasn't stellar (nothing necessarily wrong, just lackluster), the set up/flow was confusing, the food took awhile to cook, the atmosphere was dingy and stale. It was clean and the service was adequate. The food was not bad fresh ingredients and wasn't skimpy. Ultimately, I felt this place met my nutritional needs and nothing else. It was sufficient.

Staff is always friendly and food is very good. We eat her at least once a week
