Bojangles - Kingsport

I typically have a great experience at Bojangles. The staff were friendly and professional. I ordered the country fried steak biscuit, and it was the best I’ve ever had. My son, who usually doesn't care for biscuits, tried the Cajun chicken biscuit and thought it was fantastic—he ended up finishing the whole thing!

The service is outstanding, the food is expertly cooked, and the restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness.

This was our first time dining at Bojangles, and we absolutely loved the fried chicken. It was juicy and crispy, with fantastic seasoning. The coleslaw was quite tasty as well. While the mashed potatoes were decent for being instant, we probably would have given it 5 stars if they had been better.

Our solemn trip to southwestern Viginia was over and we were returning to the airport to fly home. The clean lines and welcoming colors of Bojangles called us in where we found the best comfort food ever! Fried chicken, coleslaw, mac and cheese, homemade biscuits, and slightly spicy beans. Every table was spotless, floor was clean, and employees were engaged and enthusiastic! This is our new favorite chicken place! Looking forward to when you expand to Southern California!
