Taco Bell - Kingsland

Went in to order. Employee barked at me to use the kiosk for order. Right after they took an order from someone else. When I didn't get my drink cups and asked for them, the girl decided to ignore me and walked over to my son and handed it to them. I tried to get help because the kiosk would not let me make certain changes. Again the same guy was so rude he turned to someone else to ask if he could make Changes. It seemed like the 3 Employees were on a rude streak. By the way the order was purposely done wrong so I had to trash my dinner. I can't believe this is what they want in employees. I asked for ground beef not steak. 2nd mistake I asked for the Gordita crunch box. Y did I get a disgusting steak burrito with rice. I don't eat rice and my money should be refunded but of course I didn't get a receipt either.

I do not know who runs this place but they need extreme training, who thinks it is ok to have taco meat so watery that the shells disintegrate before you can ever eat them??!! Absolute worst Taco Bell in the nation in my opinion and would never recommend this location to anyone!!!
