That's what we're native, so we probably tell everyone.
Very busy Saturday night so make sure you order an entree because the mains will take a while but it's worth the wait. Tuk tuk massaman curry and the duck and lycées were excellent wine is also well priced. Quite impressed. Well done.
It was packed on Australia day evening, and staff seemed rushed and flustered. We ordered takeaway, only one out the three dishes we ordered were edible. I couldn't eat the Thai fish cakes as they were far too salty, the calamari was over cooked and chewy, but the fresh spring rolls were really nice. This area is surrounded by hotels, but they did not put any forks/serviettes in the bag, or ask if we needed them (ok, maybe that's a first world problem). I wouldn't bother again, they have a captive, itinerant audience at Salt and maybe don't need to make the effort. it was a waste of money and a waste of the 30 minutes waiting for the food.
We ordered take away just before close yet the staff were friendly about it and didn't make a big deal, lovely service. The tofu Wok Satay was really nice, tofu just needed a bit more flavour. Food was ready in under ten.
We ordered take away which was prepared and ready in good time. The meals were really nice but I wouldn't say it's the best Thai we've had. I would order here if in the area again though.
