Pelican's Snoballs - Kings Mountain

They have great Snowballs and friendly service. Nice place to go when it gets hot

Horrible experience today during lunch. My family went to Pelicans to enjoy lunch since we noticed it was empty. Once I realized that the tables were reserved for customers I told my family that we could get snowballs for desert. While praying someone in the store came out and told us that the tables were for customers only. After finishing our meal I waited at the order window to find out what they said. I tried to explain that I was going to be a customer after we ate and that generalizing is not good. She refused to listen to my side and concern. Instead she gave me a card and closed the window on me.

First experience.... The cashier was absolutely perfect. Respectful, quick, and ready to help. She really help set a the tone I wanted to have on this day out with my daughter...... TRY THE UNICORN.

Best itallian ice. Love going tried pina colada today and it was delicious.

Its ok I guess. Very sweet which is the point I guess but I am not into sweets. My kids love it
