A super meal, tasty and efficiently served thank you!

Amazing food and great staff, very attentive and managed to get us in earlier than our booking

Good food and wonderful views Our enjoyment was reduced by a group which came in and used the balcony restaurant as a bar with loud shouting and laughter

After many lovely meals here this was rather disappointing, being gluten free is not usually an issue here however it was limited this time opted for the ‘gluten free adaptable’fish and chips (this is often not available) to be told the haddock would be grilled and served with new potatoes not quite the sam so I opted for plaice which was rather flavourless, I also wasn’t told starter of scallop would be without the sauce

Having had a very nice stay at the white horse when after paying the bill which seemed very expensive when viewing the bill when we got home we found a £67 restaurant charge which we can't explain and when calculating our meal which should have been £113 we were charged £144 could be service charge added had 1 bottle of wine with meal£40 but also was £27 restaurant charges have no idea what this was for would recommend it but watch your bill very complicated to figure out and alot of hidden extras
