Official Pizza Hut Kings Lynn

I visited this restaurant for the second time with my kids and I couldn't be happier. Despite it being busy, the staff were attentive and the quality of the food was just as good as the first time we visited when it was quiet. I want to thank the manager for always being present and the staff for displaying excellent customer service. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. Anyone who complains about waiting a few extra minutes should try working in that kind of environment. We had to wait a bit longer for our pizza, but the salad bar kept us satisfied. This time, we went for the all-you-can-eat lunch instead of dinner and we were impressed by the constant supply of fresh pizzas. Initially, there was a gap where no pizzas were available, but they were quickly replenished with multiple varieties for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for another wonderful visit.

My son wanted pizza for lunch today. So off we pop to our local pizza hut. Upon arrival we were informed there not taking cash payments. What place doesn't take the queen's currency. I've now got a very grumpy child. And I can't see anything on website stating its a cashless business either

A tad unclean, a pain having to order via your mobile phone, what if you don’t have a phone?. The supposed salad bar was non existent, cut back on a lot of the usual items. Food was on floor, tables not wiped and sanitised. Won’t be going back.

I continue to be disappointed by Pizza Hut in Kings Lynn. I'm not sure why I keep going back, other than it being the closest location to me. The service is consistently poor, and during my latest visit, the wait for food was surprisingly long. It seems like takeout orders take priority. Our food wasn't even placed in the oven until 30 minutes after we ordered. This level of service is unacceptable. The manager did apologize, but after waiting over 45 minutes for a pizza, an apology just doesn't suffice.

Good food and speedy service. When they realised I couldnt use the automated ordering app they were quite happy to take my order manually.
