Another is I order the same sonic breakfast burrito every time yet it's prepared differently every time.Sometimes I get tomatoes and jalapenos. Sometimes just tomatoes. Today no veggies at all. I wish they would get it togethersince this is the only Sonic nearby.
Dont go here if you want fast food. There is nothing fast about anything here. I pulled into a stall to place an order for 2 blasts. I pressed the button to order and was greated with I 'll be with you in a minute . After waiting ten minutes I pressedthe button again and after a couple more minutes someone finally came on to take my order. The person was rude, they obviouslyhave more important things to do over doing thier job.
They only had the drive thru open and we had already paid through the app so we had to wait, this was probably the longest wait at a drive thru I've ever seen. Five cars took almost half an hour, then got to window and they didn't know what we ordered.Good times.
Tons of employees, we were made to go through the drive through. The employees were sitting outside enjoying themselves, that's all that I could guess. Once I received the order, no salt, no ketchup and only one napkin. I'm beginning to think that nationwide regardless of how much is ordered and how messy it is, no more than one napkin per vehicle.
As soon as I walked up to the patio screen, the man inside stepped out to let me know that the machines were out of order, so it was CASH ONLY. He was very professional and did it in a way that made it OK and not irritating. He was pleasant when hebrought me my food, and I credit him with making it a good experience.
