El Tio Taco Shop - Kingman

I placed my order using their Uber Eats app, but they got it wrong. I ordered a bean tostada and got a bean burrito instead. The chile relleno was really unappetizing—I didn't even recognize it at first. I won't be ordering from them again!

I witnessed the owner using inappropriate language in Spanish towards the Young Marines at the carwash, complaining that they were partially blocking her parking lot. It would be beneficial for her to maintain a more professional attitude, as these young individuals represent the future protectors of our communities and families. Overall, the atmosphere at El Tio Taco Shop could use improvement.

The chicken quesadilla is incredibly delicious and provided enough for two meals. I absolutely love this hidden gem in Kingman!

The food is fantastic, but I've had issues when trying to order takeout. Every time I call ahead, it feels like my order is treated as new when I walk in. They seem to prioritize other customers over my order, which is frustrating. This experience has made me choose to go to other places more often. Being made to wait in their waiting area for an order I already called in is simply not acceptable. The prices are similar to what you'd pay at a full-service restaurant, around $15 to $20 per meal. Because of the lack of proper service for these prices, I'm giving them 3 stars and nothing more. It's just not worth it.

The service was excellent too. I mentioned that I was in a hurry, and they had my order ready in just 7 minutes. I was thrilled to enjoy my tacos, which not only tasted fantastic but also filled me up more than I expected. I couldn't believe that four tacos would be so satisfying, but they really were. Overall, a great experience!
