Del Taco - Kingman

Love Del Taco! I wish there was one near where I live. The chicken is so delicious, it's beyond compare! The value for the money is absolutely fabulous as well.

Mediocre food. Very disappointed today. I had fish tacos, which I've liked in the past but today they weren't very good. Seemed like they'd been sitting waiting for me to order them. I also tried the chicken tacos, ranch and chipotle. Very disappointing. If I had to choose one, I'd say chipotle is better.

I ordered Three layer queso nachos.I went to show them that the beans were so dry. It was ridiculous and asked them if I can get it without the beans cuz they were horrible. They wanted me to buy a whole new thing then they said I ordered it without queso which I did not. But they never gave my son the receipt so we couldn't check it. Her solution was to give me a little side order of queso which doesn't make sense cuz it had queso on it . She said she would be losing money that she made me a new one and threw away the old one which don't make sense cuz it's a dollar 89 or something like that.

It was dirty and the people were distracted by mostly anything except customer service

A+ on the diversity hiring, you got the queers, mentally unstable democrats and the I no speak english the rest is Garbage. Nobody to take an order of 4 burritos after over 5 minutes of trying to communicate with, what only can be described as mental midgets. Left without getting a complete order in. If you can 't get an order entered correctly, I can rest assured it 'll be wrong and the food trashed. Maybe hiring some sane, competent people to actually work and run the place might help.
