Carl's Jr. - Kingman

I utilized the drive-thru at this restaurant. The staff member working the drive-thru was extremely courteous. My order was prepared promptly and accurately, which is a rarity at many establishments. I will certainly be returning to this location in the future.

I went to the restaurant to order a 3-piece chicken tender and asked if they had sweet and sour sauce. The manager's response was that this isn't McDonald's, and she continued to be rude throughout the entire interaction. I also had trouble paying because she didn't press the button for me to use Apple Pay, so I had to pay with cash instead. She made a big deal out of it, and overall, I do not recommend going to this restaurant.

The location is convenient, but unfortunately, there isn't much else positive to say. The bathrooms were in need of attention, as they were dirty and had standing water on the floor in all the stalls in the ladies' room. Hopefully, maintenance was called to fix the issue.

I would give Gabriel 5 stars for his cheerful attitude and great personality. His small interactions at the window can really make a big difference in someone's day. Thank you for being so wonderful.

The staff at this restaurant is top-notch, providing excellent and friendly service. Plus, the burger is absolutely delicious!
