When they arrived, the subs were sealed and appeared untouched by the driver. However, upon opening them, I found that neither sub contained any meat. I contacted Subway, and they claimed that the driver must have removed the meat. They refused to let me come to the store to rectify the situation. I do not recommend this place! The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm editing this to note that I’ve tried to leave a review on DoorDash, but I haven’t been able to do so yet. I'm seriously considering reaching out to corporate, as no business should operate like this.
I don't usually write reviews, but this Subway really impressed me! The restaurant was clean and looked like something out of the future, maybe like a Subway from 2050! Every hoagie here is absolutely delicious. The ingredients are top-notch, and they don't skimp on the meats. The staff is incredibly professional. There's truly nothing like Subway!
I enjoyed a fantastic Buffalo chicken sub on multigrain yesterday. Everything was fresh, the place was tidy and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway on March 31, 2022. The girl working there was extremely rude. I ordered a salad, but I had to ask her multiple times to clarify what she was saying. My hearing is perfectly fine; it's clear she needs to improve her communication skills when interacting with customers. I definitely won't be returning to this location.
We are reaching out to corporate, and we suggest you do the same. The girl handling the breads and meats was talking to herself, but it wasn't loud enough for the bustling mall food court. The second girl in charge of the vegetables was simply awful. My wife and I have worked at Subway for years, and while I usually dislike bringing that up, it truly is one of the easiest jobs out there. Our locations maintained high standards and underwent regular audits. I’m not sure when the trend of assembling sandwiches in the bread's fold began, but that’s not the traditional Subway way. Our sandwich was left open and unsealed before being cut, and they wrapped it without closing it, resulting in sauces and toppings spilling out onto the paper instead of staying within the sandwich. It seems the owner is defending their employees’ actions, which is commendable, but unfortunately, they need to take a closer look at the situation. My complaint is not unique on Google, and it’s hard to imagine this business would thrive if it weren’t located in a mall.
