Przekaż informację zwrotnąWorst Service Ever! We waited over 20 minutes at our table waiting to get served. We asked the nice gentleman who sat us where was our waiter. Only to see she was doing absolutely nothing. And while walking over to us, she then walked over to a couple who had just walked in. I then asked to speak to the manager and I as I started to tell her what occurred she brushed me off with a well we are busy and I explained I had children and just dismissed me with oh well have a good night. Definitely not a place I would recommend to families with children. Thumbs down all the way. Never dealt with someone so disrespectful.
Called BWW yesterday to place an order. The lady was really rude and said to hold. She never resumed the call so I called back and it was the same lady who answered and again said please hold. This is King of Prussia where everyone comes to shop and dine. Hire better people at this restaurant because clearly the lady doesn?t like to work and doesn?t understand the business. I?ve been here couple of times to dine in as well. Workers just take their good old time even when it?s not busy. What is the manager doing? Sleeping?
Assuming this place is short staffed. It's an industry problem. However that does not allow for gross mismanagement, rude customer service and basically helpless servers that are having a hard time functioning. Again it is probably because of mismanagement. We work in the industry, (we get it ... we would have been head deep in the weeds trying to help out our staff, instead it seemed as if no management cares. This is the first BW3 we were ever in where the wings we red inside. (Knowing BW3 Standards, we're not even sure how that is possible? Upon entering the greetings from the host was a very forceful declaration that we would be waiting 45 minutes before being seated. Please note the restaurant was about 1/4 full. Empty tables EVERYWHERE. But again we get, short staffed... however proper management would have nicely communicated this information (we deduced this ourselves . Bar tender was completely overwhelmed and again NO SUPPORT. Half empty bar we waited 18 minutes to be asked what we needed and about 5 more minutes until we got a draft beer . Please avoid this place and maybe it will go away just like any other restaurant that has been in this unlucky corner of the KOP mall.
Came here for the first time for takeout. I had to wait a long time for my 6 boneless wings. I didn?t know that they put the prepaid orders on a shelf so I was probably sitting for an extra 10 minutes for something. And then when i received my order I got bone in instead of boneless so I went it to get the correct wings. There was no apology for the screw up, only ?there making the new ones now.? I work in the food industry so I understand if it?s busy but I wish I was cared for me and not ignored. I would come back but I hope the service improves.
Update March 2022: just visited here again to see the first time could be a miss. Again I saw the same issue . Staffs are careless , not attentive , does not care you are sitting without any orders taken. Worst to visit. Reducing one star now. Moderate in size and located in the mall. Lot of Parking spaces and easily approachable and parkable away from the crowded area. Service speed could have been better. Food tastes good and drinks options are good.
