Subway - KIMBERLY

When I order my sandwich I asked for chicken and didn't notice until I got home that I was given beef. Making the sandwich not taste right.

Only other customer in line got in my face because they weren't able to honor the expired coupon which they did over 6 times in the past. Customer behind me was very confrontational and rude...I always talked about how this is the only Subway that honors expired coupons. I used to love packing my lunches now I don't know....That confrontational customer should remember to be more understanding to strangers in front of them. She was very rude and out of control...

Parking: There is plenty of parking for as busy as the place is.

We went here on 12-20 around 7:00… the service was great! The 2 woman working were very kind and considerate. We left talking about how nice they were and the food was super good! We’ll be back and we thank you for the great service! ?

Called in order while no customers being waited on. Store did not build until I showed up to pick up 10minute later. “We’re really busy is the excuse…” such quality work force
