I am rating this restaurant 4 stars because they serve the best brisket and pulled pork I have ever tasted. Unfortunately, I cannot give it 5 stars because the yard bird and ribs tasted like they were cooked with too much lighter fluid and heavy smoke. It is possible there was a mix up with the cooking method, but I had to throw those dishes out. Surprisingly, the brisket was amazing in Wisconsin. The staff was very friendly as well. This restaurant is fantastic! As soon as you step inside, you are greeted with a delightful BBQ aroma. It is truly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The food is packed with delicious, bold flavors that I can't get enough of. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The owner even took the time to sit down with me, chat, and offer samples of their food and sauces. I will definitely be returning and wish them nothing but success. This restaurant is absolutely delicious! Be sure to try their Alamo sauce if you're feeling daring. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect score of 5.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants hands down! Honestly my goal is to try everything on their menu.
