Slow service. order for desserts that never appeared after 1/2 hour. I asked about the bill at this point. they forget completely without real apology why and no discount offered

We had a great meal. the staff was very attentive and we will book next year!

Remember that this was a meal for the new year eve, I still think that the fees £40 for a child meal was ridiculous. this was not made clear at the time of booking. I actually asked if there was a child menu and that would have been a good opportunity to confirm the cost. but I take responsibility and I never asked. I just never noticed. in the did one of the reasons for the email after the online booking was one of the party was a child so that she could plan accordingly. there was also a £17 service fee applied to our bill and no option given that do not pay. I think that's bad, I'm not saying that I think it wasn't due, but they should always be a choice or should be made clear again.

Fantastic night for my daughter’s birthday, first class service and food was delicious as usual, my favourite place to eat !
