Rude customer service especially the manager so I had to order some thing from Uber eats and they had messed up my order they gave me two different hamburgers they’re nothing that I had order and they can’t give me my refund an Uber can only give me my five dollars and cannot give me my full refund and they can’t even remake the order and deliver it to me and I had asked her if I had corporate number she hung up on me
I recently moved to Killeen and my son and I decided to try Wayback since we were already in Walmart. We ordered the buffalo tenders with French fries, hotdog and a lemonade. It was a horrible experience and I don't think I'll be back for the following reasons: 1. The food in general looked and tasted pre-made. (Zero freshness) 2. The server gave us our lemonade out of a jug (I have no problem) but he then left the jug on the counter and went for his own personal cup, poured himself some and drinked while making food. 3. While placing fries in the bag for takeaway, the said server proceeded to eat from the batch of fries. 4. The lemonade was tasteless (needs a bit of work) Overall I am extremely disappointed and disgusted. Would not recommend at all. Thank you.
I went to the Wayback Burgers store in the Walmart Supercenter in Killeen, TX. I placed a simple order in the app, one of their Cheeeesy Burgers , and that 's all. At first, they gave me the wrong order with someone else 's name. I didn 't notice that until I got all the way home, but I understand that mistakes happen, so I drove all the way back to ask for the correct order. The gentleman at the register asked what my name was and swapped the bag I had with one with my name on it, without giving an apology for the error or anything. This bag had my name on it, but again, it only contained some Macaroni and Cheese Bites, which I did not order. Again, I hadn 't noticed until I had gotten home, so I called the store directly to ask for a refund and got no response. I then filed a complaint to the corporate website, giving clear photos of my receipt and the food I actually received. It has been more than a month and I have heard nothing back from the corporate office, and I had to get lunch somewhere else that day.
On the way home we decided to stop our order. ordered 1 classic 2 away burgers (for tomaten on the way burger was said they came with him) 3 byries, 1 lg drink a order of macaroni bites, which was $37.00 (I thought that was quite high). After 35-40 minutes we wait our food except we were 1 away Burger Mountains short. then they told us that they did not ring us to the art and wise burger vonriesen, so we wait another 30 minutes and $14.00 got home surprise the more unfaithful to be only ridden and there were no tomats on the way burger. eating was good, but not $51 good for what we have. we will not be back to wayback burger
