Subway - Killeen

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The sub was fantastic, the store was clean, and the staff were very friendly, making me feel right at home. Well done, team!

This is a decent Subway, although there are a few issues. One concern is that they often have only one person working, which could be problematic during busy times, like lunch, though I haven't visited then. I can't comment on the online ordering, as I've never used it, but I've noticed customers coming in to pick up their sandwiches and chatting with the staff. On the positive side, I've never had any problems with the quality of my food. The employees are professional, and the dining area is well-maintained. Overall, it's a decent Subway with not much to complain about.

The Food was good, vegetables were fresh and stocked. I enjoyed my sandwich and the Staff member was very kind. I will say that staff could have done better under pressure of being the only sandwich artist present but understandable why there was obvious frustration.

Training service dogs can be quite challenging, especially in the beginning. I was impressed by this subway's exceptional service; they were not only attentive but also respectful and accommodating towards my new trainee.

Every time I visit this Subway, it takes forever. There's usually only one person working, and since I only have a 30-minute lunch, I end up spending 25 minutes waiting in line.
