Starbucks - Killeen

I ordered a pickup because it said on the app it was open. When I arrived at the store, it said they were closed for an hour. I went forward to talk to someone about my order. When I knocked, I was kicked off with a hand wave. Then I knocked again and signed that I am hard-hearted and showed through the glass, I have a pickup order that I already paid. The lady behind the counter then made a hand cutting neck movement and said no and again shook me away. She didn't even have the power to come to the door and help me. I had to call the customer service to get my refund and was told the workers had turned off the order and they should not be closed. I'm just disappointed when someone with a disability that I wasn't even treated like a person. Will never return.

I came this morning and they were so nice, I decided to leave a review! The guy who took my order was the sweetest and he brightened my morning! They are always very nice, even with my complicated orders! Thank you!

Friendly staff, clean and welcoming dining area, coffee and sandwich were on site!

Ging through the ride this morning and was supported by Chris. Actually, enough good things can not say about its level of customer service. Just a great experience overall!
