Shelby’s Food For The Soul (shelby’s Food Truck)

My wife and I decided to check out Shelby’s and I gotta tell you. The food was SO DAMN GOOD. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak, fries, and spicy lemon pepper wings. Now….I’m from Philadelphia so I know good cheesesteaks and I know a bad cheesesteak. Shelby’s makes a pretty good cheesesteak. I can’t make it up. I was pleasantly surprised. Fries were great and the wings were great. My wife ordered the catfish and it was delicious as well. The food was hot as well which is always a plus, especially when you take it to go. The ONLY knock is probably the wait time, but it’s well worth it. I’ll definitely be going back.

I started my process online and went to the Google Business Page Shelby 's Food Truck and saw the number so I wanted to send a short msg asking if She was opened. Within seconds, I received msg saying yes. After looking at the menu, I ordered, 2 Pork Chop meals with Sweet Potatoes and Collard Greens as my 2 sides. Shelby 's Food Truck sent msg food will be ready in Ten Mins . So I left and headed over to pay and pickup my orders. Everything was delicious, Pork Chops a good size, tender and fried, Sweet Potatoes and Collard Greens also was delicious. By the way, checkout was easy and a copy of the receipt was sent. OUTSTANDING AND I CAN 'T WAIT TO TRY THE FRIED CATFISH.

I received a good portion of greens. They we’re seasoned just right and delectable!!

Everything was good I love this place and I plan on going back soon.
