Mexico Lindo - Killeen

I have encountered a fly in my meal or drink twice at this location. The manager, whose name is Jorge, showed no remorse and handled customer service poorly. After waiting in the drive-thru for 25 minutes at the Walmart on Stan Schlueter, I was offered a refund or a replacement drink with no compensation for my time. It is disappointing that despite visiting this place frequently, the customer service experience was lacking. I will not be returning.

This is my top choice for breakfast tacos. I always order the bacon, egg, and cheese tacos with cilantro and onion on the side, and their green sauce to add some extra flavor. The spice level is just right, not too overpowering. I hope they bring back their special of 12 tacos for $9.99 soon. It's conveniently located near my workplace, so it's a quick stop through the drive-thru.

The breakfast tacos at this restaurant are reasonably priced. We purchased 6 for just a little over $13.

I normally have great service when I come here. But the past few times the young lady that claims she 's the manager has a very rude attitude. She works the evening shift. I come here and order the same thing when I come. When I called to place my order I asked for everything that I wanted. As she was on the phone her attitude was very rude, when she was speaking she was like anything else and then followed up with I guess when I asked did she understand everything I was asking for? At that moment, I said canceled my order because, your not about to get smart on the phone with me, for asking for clarification. Now mind you this is not my first time having a problem with this little girl! I try not to order when she is there because she seems to always have a problem. Word of advice don 't call in an order here, when she is working. I have had enough, I have ask to speak to the owner, and they give me the run around. So now I 'm here taking it to the public eye. Not every customer is right, but don 't expect for this customer to be disrespected when I show this young lady grace, every time.

The food at this restaurant is consistently top-notch - always fresh and served promptly. I have experienced both the drive-thru and dine-in options here. While I don't speak Spanish, the communication was a bit of a challenge, but we were able to understand each other. I highly recommend the tacos and beef fajitas, as well as the delicious chips and salsa.
