Mcalister's Deli - Killeen

One fine sammichI really wish I could make more than one review. Today I experienced some of the best service I have ever had. It was a busy lunch rush and my food was INCREDIBLY fast. Thank you for a great lunch.

If you’re going to send your shift manager outside to tell customers where to park to pick up their food then make sure your curbside signs are up and visible so customers are aware. Literally parked on the side of mcalisters and literally just seen a customer before me have their order delivered to their car. Obviously I wasn’t to far to see your employee almost deliver my food to the wrong person. Manager words “I don’t know anything about that but I tell my employees not to deliver food this far. Lady I’m right on the side of the restaurant. You act like I asked yall to walk to Wendy’s to deliver my food. Smh!!! Horrible service and unprofessional after leaving a tip. Inflation and food cost to high for this mess. Get it together!!!

The wait time one time randomly unexpected long while you weren't even busy. The service just ok!I let management know and the cashier came back saying sorry and nothing else.Do yall even care?

Waited over an hour for a pickup order, we finally told them and they said they had to remake it. Waste of time, not feeling like coming here again after years of coming here. I hope management gets it together soon because their salads are usually great.
