Marco's Pizza - Killeen

The pizza was good and hot but could have had more cheese

Wish I could see the prices online. Planning to cater more than 10 people. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO PLAN FOR THIS. This website needs to be fixed.

I used to love Marcos but my last 3 experiences have been terrible. The last 2 times we ordered delivery our salads were forgotten. I was told they would refund me and that didn't happen either time. I went today for pick up. Recieved an email at 4:15 that my order was ready for pick up. I get to the location at about 4:25 because I was close by. I didn't receive my food until 4:45. I had a total of 3 people ask if I was helped. The first two asked for the order name and then never came back and proceeded to ignore me at the window. Finally a 3rd worker came up and asked it I was helped and had my pizza and drinks to me within minutes while the other two workers leaned against the counter rolling their eyes at me. I never made a fuss until the 3rd person came up and I let them know I had been waiting 20min and nobody was informing me what was going on with my food. We order from her 3-4 times a month and today was the last time. Terrible customer service, rude employees and missing items on several orders.DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Marco's on Elm Street in Killeen has the best pizza in Killeen. The employees are very nice and very helpful. I called the manager on the phone to let him know that the pizza was delicious ?. The manager was very nice. This pizza place is the best in Killeen Texas. We will not purchase pizza anywhere else but Marco's on Elm Street.Thank youJerry
