Firehouse Ranch Bbq And Catering

Our family of 8 enjoyed every bite of scrumptious, smokey, succulent BBQ... the homemade sauce was terrific also! Definitely on our return list!

Best BBQ in Killeen without a doubt. I normally hate spare ribs but they figured out how to make them fall off the bone tender. Sausage is amazing. BBQ sauce might be what makes everything so good though. Thought they had closed but they just moved from Stan schleuter to w s young and rancier FYI

I stopped by to eat at this food truck and its been bothering me for over a week. It's a matter of food safety! The day I was there I noticed a lady in the truck. I think it was the cooks wife or maybe the owners wife. Don't know don't care. She was perspiring and the guy reached up affectionately and wiped the girls forehead and hair with his hand. I guess that was sweet in gesture, but then he turned around and continuing preparing the next guest's food. I had already been eating mine before this happened, I can only hope his hands were clean. It was good food, but being in the medical field I will never eat at a place that doesn't place hygiene before anything else. To many case for hepatitis A out there.
