Chili's Grill - Killeen

I think that was actually my first time here in the over 6 years ive living here, unless it was so long ago that I don't remember. I'm not disappointed! I was lazy tonight and didn't feel like cooking, so I wanted to try something diff. my two infants shared the Cajun chicken pata. it was ok in my opinion (I consider making my own homemade Alfredo sauce) but the babies loved it. ordered a side of fritten and the appetizer trio. oh and a loaded potato soup that was also quite good. curbside pickup went super. I wanted to try the smokehouse combo plate and the street maize, so I think back well!

The quality of the customer service was amazing during this visit! the south-western ice rolls were hot and fresh. the show stuffing was the mouth water melted lava cake!

Today's visit in this place must be the best thing I have ever had on each chili's and I know that this could say a lot. I went to lunch alone. I sat right away. kristy (not sure the writing) was the most beautiful waitress to date. she needed the time to explain to me her new order system, what I think is just the biennial. my drink came before she finished my order (perk of the new system). my food was hot and fresh without waiting for it. there was a slight delay on my salat, which led to the manager offering me a discount. I never asked or expected that. but I guess it's always! There's more I could say here to hype my visit, but I think they're getting my point. all in all this was a great visit. I will definitely return!

That was my first visit and the service here was impeccable! the baby-backed rips were falling off-the-bone delicious! our server amber was very personal and accommodating. she made us welcome and treated us with over and over service. amber was wonderful! so was our food quincy who presented our food with a gracious smile and professional. the food was delicious, including our two sides (brukkoli and Spanish rice). we will definitely return!

We had a party of about 16. We asked ahead of time if the waitress could handle it alone and she said yes. Needless to say she could not. Service was extremely slow and the manager was rude. Also the food was not good. The pasta wa dry, the fajitas were very small for 20.00. I was very disappointed as were my coworkers. Definitely not going back .
