Really delicious! Some of the best onion rings and chips I've ever had. Reasonable price. Will be back to try more of the menu

Last night I ordered 3 chips, 1 combo box and a 2 rice/curry and also a burger. We had takeout with the family and I decided to bring it back to the house, little did we know when we checked the take away bag at the house, we were one portion of chips short. Which was the first disappointment. Secondly, I will compliment them on this, we got free poppadoms which were quite nice and enjoyable, but the overall food experience was disappointing. I got the combo box, and I found the chips to be quite mediocre, they could have done with a bit of salt/vinegar, seasoning in general. The chicken goujons in the combo box were bland. No taste, again no seasoning. The only bearable thing in my meal was the chicken wings. I was also told by the family the burger and curry were also bland and disappointing. Overall the culinary experience was terribly disappointing, but I will admit the workers were easy going and somewhat positive. Just highly dissatisfied as I came to river spice with high hopes which were inevitably crushed.

Dined here last night had mushroom starter then steak cooked to perfection my husband had fish great service and food was to die for can't wait to dine here again

I was doing a training course and we had lunch here, staff where very friendly and the food was lovely! Would recommend it and I will definitely be back!

Gorgeous food with a large selection to suit everyone. Very friendly staff and great service. The 3 courses and glass of wine for £16 is the best deal around. Definitely worth the visit.
