In town for the weekend from Virginia. This place was highly recommended and did not disappoint. Upon arrival wait was about 10 minutes. Clean and courteous atmosphere. Service was exceptional. Ordered the tobacco shrimp for an appetizer. We had the Prime Rib Chop with mashed potatoes and southern collards. AMAZING and worth every penny. Thanks for the hospitality.
We got there unexpectedly. Covid had all places closed and one guy suggested it. I can assure you you’re going to get the best attention. Dan was our waiter and he’s incredible like the rest of the staff. Speechless about the food. The whole menu is amazing
I cannot say enough about our meal. Our waiter, Chance or Chase (sorry my memory fails me) was the epitome of an excellent server. He was quick and made suggestions about when we should order each course without being pushy. He came around just enough to see that we had everything we needed. And the food! The best I had anywhere! The steaks were so tender we could cut them with our forks. My son had the enormous cowboy steak, my husband had the 10 oz filet mignon, and I had filet slices and shrimp. It was all so good! The mashed potatoes were to die for and the green beans were whole, fresh and delicious and everything was served hot! Oh, and we had appetizers, meaty and well done baby back ribs and tobacco flour fried shrimp, and they didn't skimp! They didn't taste like tobacco but were the best fried shrimp I ever had. Yes, it was pricey but no disappointments at all....worth every penny. Dietary restrictions: I have a very limited appetite, can't eat much. Parking: We got there early so parking wasn't a problem.
