Scott's Brasserie - Kilkenny

Soouu super! I was rarely forced to write a review as fast as I had left a restaurant, but this had me in hallo. it started with a gin when I explained what taste I was looking for and the hunting was up. for the perfect one I would enjoy. then the meal. fish and chips really die. soft fluffy and absolutely srumpy fish, three-fold boiled chips and a side of an erbse salsa that was surprisingly good. then was dessert a sherry trifle. I am a cook and had three restaurants, so it was a hard to impress me on dessert, but they really. light, fluffy, with fresh fruit and traditional taste packed. great restaurant. amazing service all around and the hotel is surprisingly excellent. we just arrived, but if the breakfast is half as good as dinner, I'm happy. what a great sound! special mention to jon the guest service manager, who perfectly represents the hotel. Thank you!

Enjoy great eating here after shopping in kilkenny. it was a visit impromptu and we had luck getting a table out. the staff was very friendly and service efficient. good menu and excellent eating.

Ate here every night of our night stay in the Newpark hotel. Was not expecting the food to be of such an excellent standard. Every night we all had the most delicious food, super tasty and well presented. The service was excellent as well....We had two young children with us but somehow the professionalism of the staff made every meal relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble and all so friendly and welcoming.

Food was great, lively atmosphere and our server Alex was superb! She was very attentive and proactive after there was a mix up with drinks.

We couldn't be more satisfied with the service the food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing. Definitely recommend.
