Pizza Hut Delivery - Kilkenny

I placed an online order for delivery, but when it arrived, half of my order was missing. I called the restaurant and they promised to send out the missing items right away. However, I have been waiting for over an hour and still have not received anything. I have called them 11 times but keep getting hung up on, put on hold, or it just rings through. This situation is completely unacceptable. At this point, I just want a refund, but I can't even do that because no one is answering the phone.

The staff at this restaurant is lovely and friendly, and the pizzas are excellent! Make sure to inquire about delivery options. The pizzas always taste fresh, and the place is consistently clean. Enjoy!

I used to be a frequent customer, ordering from your restaurant at least once a week. I was always satisfied with my orders, but I was informed on Thursday night that you no longer deliver to my house. Despite already paying for my order on Just Eat, I requested a refund which I have yet to receive. I later found out that you are still delivering to my neighbors, which has left me very dissatisfied with your service. I will not be ordering from you again and do not recommend this place to others.

I love these guys. I always pick up the pizza as i live near it. Elgin and Dave are very accommodating of my eclectic pizza designs and the meal deals are good value. I know it's a chain but they have a very welcoming local feel.
