Domino's Pizza - Kilkenny

I had a wonderful experience at Dominos in Kilkenny. The staff was friendly and attentive, which really added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The ladies at the front counter were extremely polite and patient. And of course, the pizza was absolutely delicious!

When I entered, I was completely ignored by all the workers. They were all standing around chatting and not paying any attention to me. I had to ask one worker to check on my order, only to find out it had been sitting under the heating lamp for over 10 minutes. I was furious. The workers' behavior was absolutely ridiculous. They were lazy and rude, showing no respect for their customers. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I am saddened to say that the pizza quality at this restaurant has decreased since our last visit in February. The pizzas were thin, lacking in crust, and overcooked. However, the dough balls were fluffy and delicious, although they were outshined by the disappointing pizzas.

The employees were very welcoming and the pizza was very tasty.

I placed my order online at 9:38 and was told I would receive a call at 9:48 to safely collect my order due to COVID-19. My family and I waited in the car park until 10:05 for the call, but decided to go inside when we didn't receive it. Upon entering the restaurant, we were completely ignored by all of the workers who were gossiping amongst themselves. I had to ask one worker to check on my order, which had been sitting under a heating lamp for over 15 minutes. I was furious at the lazy and disrespectful behavior of the staff. We will not be returning.
