This is one of my favorite places in Ireland to grab a sandwich and cup of tea. It's is just perfect to relax on the outdoor seating and watch the river Nore flow past. My favorite time is early morning in summer. The canal square and table are perfect to enjoy a coffee with the morning sun on you face as it climbs into the sky. Perfect spot. Well worth checking out.
Even though it's only small It's a fantastic and friendly place to eat great sandwiches and drink coffee. Everything is prepared fresh from fresh ingredients. I recommend trying a speciality sandwich made on a Blaa bread with verity of different ingredients. My personal favourite is Goat cheese and red pepper Blaa toastie.
The sandwiches were incredibly delicious, and the coffee was fantastic! Thank you; I really enjoyed my experience!
