Took 50 minutes for one chow mein. Unfriendly and staff kept disappearing behind the door. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrendous, greasy and tasteless. Forgot the sweet sour sauce (the whole point of sweet sour chicken). Got told a time to collect and ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes there. Spent nearly £100 there too. Gross. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £90–100

I placed an order at 5:30 for a pickup at 6:30. When I arrived, the woman behind the counter was too busy coughing without covering her mouth. She then completely ignored me, serving three people behind me instead and taking three phone orders. The place was clearly understaffed and the staff were rude. Additionally, the interior looked dirty. I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It was a complete disappointment, and I will never go back. Food rating: 1 star.
