KFC - Kilburn

Took the family out to check out the Churchill Shopping Centre...and decided to eat the new KFC....Friendly staff but for a new store floors where dirty with food spillage and black stained marks, tables not cleaned...It said free WIFI on the door...but that wasn't working...I wouldn't say beware...just you pay good money for food today and the vision of bad hygiene gets me worried

There was spit in my burger and my chips were half-filled. absolutely disgusting this boy called mike was serving me and making my food. never coming back again.

Have been through the drive through a couple times and have ordered 2 different meals. The first time I ordered a zinger burger combo meal and they didn’t have any burger buns?? A place that is known for their burger and they didn’t have any buns.... pathetic. The second time zinger box meal and a hot and crispy box meal, had to wait in the carpark for a lot longer than what they said. But when the meal come out they forgot the zinger box meal, then they came back out to tell me they don’t have the wings for the zinger box meal. Ended up having to wait for about 30-40 mins for my food.... so much for a FAST food place.

This place we have been to once because it is relatively new. The original chicken was really soggy and the bag was almost dripping with grease. Your better off to go somewhere like McDonalds or Red-rooster which are both within 2km of KFC.

One of the worst experiences ever. I will never come down to this place. They gave my order to someone else and make me wait for 25 minutes for one zinger box. They didn’t gave me all the things I ordered and the burger was with buns and chicken only.
