We had our lunch here one day and we went to the same place for our dinner as well. Food was really great and our second visit was complimented with a dessert as well. We had tomato croquettes as a starter and they were like Indian Wada and delicious along with pasta, fries and garlic bread. I highly recommend you to try Tomato croquettes here. We were on an island tour with the destination lighthouse at sunset. We were a little early and decided to eat on the way. When we arrived we were the only guests and the very nice boss was obviously a bit uncomfortable with this fact, at least she almost apologized for the restaurant being still empty. However, we didn't think anything of it because it was 4 p.m. in the afternoon. It's logical that there's nothing going on. Anyway, she was really very friendly and brought us the menus right away. We ordered our chosen meal and we really enjoyed it. Really tasty and, in terms of price, a completely different level than anywhere else on the island. Plus the great view over the Caldera, great! Almost forgot to mention the really ice cold beer. That was wonderful. At the end a delicious ouzo and the afternoon was perfect. There was also a delicious little dessert for the cheap bill, and so we said goodbye to the really friendly owners with a very good feeling. I can only warmly recommend Aeolos if you would like to eat typical Greek food in a traditional tavern. Thank you!
