Sagar Ratna - Kichha

We visited the place for lunch when the temperature was roaring high but the ACs where shut and despite of our repeated requests the restaurant staff declined to switch it on. Apart from the ambience food doesn't disappoint you and serves you the quality for which Sagar Ratna is known.

Been to this restaurant as the name in south indian cuisine but the device is little slow the food was cold dosa was soft even after telling them that we want crispy they bought same.....

While returning home from Nainital, it was a pleasant surprize to see Sagar Ratna in Rudrapur ad decided to stop over for some food. The overall quality of the food is good. The service is good enough. It has ample of parking space.

My experience in Sagar Ratna has been always good in general but I feel now they really need to prep up their locally hired staff to their levels as service of food is equally important

When i saw it first time it looks good the indoor is awesome the workers are polite but there is slow servicing when there is a take away order but it not bad
