Domino's Pizza - Khagaul

Pathetic states at the exit. Messy floor. Long waiting times despite small numbers. Not recommended under any circumstances. I wonder how it still works.

This was unexpected and beyond my imagination. The experience was simply wow. I stay in Bangalore and my father stays at Patna. Today is my father's birthday. I was not convinced with other online delivery services for such special occasion in terms of quality and reliability. I simply zeroed on the Domino's which has grown its coverage at Patna as it is also covering my parent's home location. I have been regular customer and investor in Jubiliant Foodworks. But this experience was the most amazing one. I simply ordered online and within few minutes and I got the call from Domino's Rajabazar, Bailey Road, Shop no. 1, Khajpura branch, Patna, Bihar. While I was confirming the location and order, I thought of asking him to write a message on a small piece of paper mentioning " Happy birthday Papa, From Vivek" I asked him to do so. The response was enthusiastic. It was Mr. Satyendra. He reconfirmed in joy about my father's birthday.I said yes it is indeed and later explained my situation that I stay away from my father in Bangalore and I simply want to surprise him with Pizza and Lava Cake. Mr Satyendra assured me "Don't worry sir, we will ensure your father will have an awesome experience and we will deliver your message as well." I was very happy and excited that my message and the boxes of joy(read pizza) along with Choco Lava Cake will be delivered to him. I barely have any hint what was next. Within 20-25 minutes of talking to Mr Satyendra, I got whatsapp message from my father. He sent me the pic of Joy boxes of pizza along with choco lava cake but one more thing was there in the pic which stunned me. It was a father special birthday card. I was bit confused as I have no idea how it was there in name of me. Suddenly my father called me and said " Vivek, Photos dekhe ? Pizza delivery kar ke gaya abhi. Cake bahut tasty hai."( Vivek, ahve you checked whatsapp images ? Pizza just reached to us. Cake was very awesome. " I was smiling with an excitement as it was quite evident that he was happy and enjoyed the cake. I asked him about the card that how he got the card as I have not sent that card. He told me that he got it by the pizza delivery guy. I was like thanking the Domino's a ton for this out of the world gesture and act as these small things made mine as well as my father's day. I was completely sold off to Domino's India. I called back the store and asked me to handover the phone to the persoon I talked for the order. I thanked him a lot and asked his name which turned out to be Mr Satyendra. I asked whether he sent the card or not and why he did it , out of surprise. He simply said that it feels great and honored to make someone's day special. I thanked him and said " You are awesome and made both my day as well as my father's birthday extra special." He politely said thank you so much sir it means a lot to us. Thank you so much Domino's India for such special treatment and thanks for having such amazing people in your team.   Keep spreading joy like this.

Worst outlet ever ... never has a supply with them ... Executives are rude and take more than half an hour to take orders and then cancel them. I suggest never ordering or going here from this location.

Just another ordinary pizza outlet... Nothing fancy to talk about.. the taste are casual & similar to other Domino's hubs in the city.. Less crowded and nice ambience but still they'll take longer time to prepare a order...usually more than 15 minutes..& that makes a slow service.. But it still attracts people because of it's taste & perfect location. Overall: Service:6.5/10 Ambience:8/10 Taste:7.5/10 Healthiness & hygiene maintained:7/10 ( once I've found a housefly in it..but they changed the order & took the matter responsibly)
