Coara - Kfar Katra

In the mountains outside of beirut coara is a perfect midday destination when they drive to the near de dine or the cedar reserves. ask your driver/guide to book in advance. eating is delicious when a bit expensive: US$40/pp for a selection menu.

The most beautiful place they can ever visit, away from the hectic of the world, is a dreamier, more natural place and harmonie of nature with healthy eating and everything we can not forget the peaceful humans maysoun walid.

The owners cook and prepare to eat from this heart. we strongly recommend this place.

Where to start. Excellent 5 stars doesn 't give credit to this restaurant. Out of this world, pure beauty, a special rating just for restaurants of outstanding performance. Rested on the side of the mountain, surrounded by lush vegetation. The decor fits the restaurant next to the seating area is their garden where the lovely owner goes hand picks the veg herbs. We had the tasting menu. The food, WOW. Both presentation taste were sublime. We were left speechless by all the well balanced flavours. Even the tea herbs were handpicked in front of us. This is by far my favourite restaurant and well worth the trip from Beirut or even from the UK just to go there. You will no doubt fall in love with the hospitality, decoration, tastes and even smells you 're immersed into. Thank you so much

We recently visited this beautiful family ran restaurant located in the mountains of Lebanon. The food was not only delicious but organic and some ingredients home grown around the setting. It is a fixed price per head and you definitely get your money’s worth of a variety of plant based freshly prepared dishes. There was so many different dishes to taste with the offer for more if we wanted it, there wasn’t one that disappointed, it was all delicious. The setting is so peaceful you could sit for hours and watch the world go by. I would definitely recommend a visit and will return myself on my next trip to Lebanon. Ps on a side note bring cash as they don’t take card and finding an ATM would be tricky.
