Prime Steakhouse - Key West

The food and service were among the best I've experienced in the West. The outdoor atmosphere was relaxing, while the indoor vibe was more lively and upbeat. I highly recommend it!

The service at this restaurant is outstanding. The food was decent, but the bones in the filet were quite tender. The macaroni and cheese was really good—I would definitely order it again. Next time, I think I'll go for a boneless filet instead, primarily due to the price. For us, the taste and texture differences didn't justify the extra cost. The bread pudding was delightful, served with ice cream, caramelized bananas, and a touch of whipped cream. The staff training here is exceptional; I wish they would share their techniques with servers all over Key West, or even across the country. It's rare to find such a skilled and attentive team. I’m giving this place five stars for the remarkable service provided by the waitstaff.

I had a fantastic experience at Prime. We celebrated my friend's birthday there, and our waitress was very attentive. The food was outstanding! The drinks were strong, and we definitely made the most of them.

We celebrated our 13th anniversary with our 4 children. The staff was courteous and the food was really good. But there is a hint that we are still talking about... the Mac Cheese with smoked Gouda is SPECTACULAR! If you just order one thing, please, do that thing! Thanks Prime for our special evening.
