The food at the restaurant was delicious and the ambiance was beautiful. However, our experience was soured by the rude waitress named Bailey. She seemed disinterested in serving our table, making us wait for 10 minutes before taking our order. When we asked about our meal, she responded with a bad attitude and told us to wait longer, even though brunch was being served at other tables. It was disappointing when she threatened to cancel our order and leave. It was a shame to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially on a special occasion. We hope that she learns from this experience. Despite the poor service, we left a note and a nice tip. People like her should not be working as waitresses in lovely establishments like Matt's.
