No greeting or anything whatsoever, gave them a coupon and they started interrogating me and my brother on where it came from and why it wasn’t stamped, like it was the greatest crime anyone could commit- mind you we had used the same exact coupon without any issues to be applied towards our meal and it was accepted. The gift shop however, did not honor it and we left without getting anything. Food was okay, margaritas were okay as well. Not thrilled and the gift shop ruined the whole experience for us. We loved the shirts but even if we did get a coupon stamped it seems like the wouldn’t even take it and I don’t want to be reminded of their rudeness by getting anything from there to commemorate the experience.
Food and drinks were good prices were comparable. The worst part was the bathrooms are up stairs and you have to walk through a small dark hallway to get to them. Kid-friendliness: Kids were enjoying the band and food
Although we didn’t eat we grabbed some cocktails and listened to the music on the 1 year anniversary of Jimmy Buffet’s passing. It was packed and we got to keep our remembrance cups. Fins Up!
Was more than I expected. Food was pretty good, atmosphere was relaxed.
Awesome “Perfect Margarita”. It was the best I’ve ever had. Food and service were great. And, had to buy a souvenir in the adjoining gift shop.
