Domino's Pizza - Key West

Pizza at this location is hot and miss. Mgrs give the excuse that bad service is because they are busy. I guess they should manage the business down so they can handle it better or hirer more employees so they can build more business..thought that's what companies like. Might be wrong with Dominos as this seems to be a thing with them.

Pizza could have had a bit more cheese but was fine.

The delivery girl called me saying that she is at my house, I went outside and waited about 5 more minutes while on the phone until she got at the destination. That’s not a big deal. The big deal is that she didn’t deliver the full order, I called her back right away about 5 times but she just ignored it and when I called the store and told the manager about the issue he said that she just got back to the store and told him that she handed me the full order. I work in service industry and I understand it is not easy but you don’t lye , you don’t say that you gave the full order when you didn’t! Ordered online and left 25% tip in advance to the driver only to get that kind of service.

Excellent pizza fast delivery. Thats all you need to know I think. Not much else to add.
