There’s either a 5 star or a 1 star there is no in between. Our experience; came in party of 4 on a Sunday evening and the service from the start was nonexistent. Requested silverware at least three times before getting any to turning off part of the lights before we finished eating.Food; Cold stale breed with a “garlic and parley paste” that left much to be desired. Food wasn’t fresh whatsoever and made two of the four people in our group sick. They say don’t judge a book by its cover and this place is a prime example very pretty but that’s about it.
We were a family of 8 , our server was Akshay and he was really sweet . Food wasn’t amazing but it was fine , we had minor mistakes with hour food , it was cold specially our kids meals . But we can’t thank enough Nicole the manager , she took care of us even send us really cute fruit platters to our room as a surprise, we weren’t expecting it . We came all the way down from Boston and we were really happy with our service and how attentive they are . The ac in our room was extremely cold but beside that everything went fine .
The food is fabulous and the staff and atmosphere is the best!!
The menus has something for everyone, so you'll find something to like. Our group of five tried the bruschetta, house and Carsar salads, steak, swordfish, grouper, and chicken. No complaints and it all got eaten. The service was . . .sweet. So much effort, I felt they could have served me horse manure and I'd have said I loved it. Martini was decent.
Chef Rob personally created a special fish “hook n cook” meal for us on the last night and also a few other meals of our greg catch. I cannot express the genuine gratitude of the presentation and hard work that went into our meal. Amazing. Very personable. Very gracious. The Peruvian shrimp ceviche was so good and flavorful. Thanks Chef Rob!
