Cantina Beach - Key Biscayne

I had the red snapper at this restaurant and it was cooked perfectly, absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend eating here. The service was excellent too.

The food was unimpressive and the service was terrible. We waited 30 minutes for our check and our waiter never once checked on us after we placed our order. Our drinks were not refilled and the table side guacamole never arrived. The Ritz Carlton fell short in every aspect. We were disappointed with the lack of attention from the waitstaff and when we complained to management, we never received a response. This experience was consistent with our overall experience at the Ritz and we will not be returning anytime soon.
