The experience we had at the restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the terrible service provided. Unfortunately, we didn't even have the opportunity to try the food as the waitstaff created an unpleasant atmosphere. After ordering our drinks, it became apparent that we couldn't tolerate staying in that environment any longer. The waitress serving us and others around us seemed quite rude and careless, as she constantly slammed drinks on tables. To our dismay, it wasn't just our table that suffered from her behavior, but also those in the vicinity. To make matters worse, while we were sitting there, we overheard the waitress badmouthing all of her customers within the restaurant. This was truly shocking and unprofessional. It only solidified our decision not to proceed with ordering any food. The combination of the poor service, the waitress's attitude, and her disrespectful behavior towards customers left us with no desire to continue the dining experience at that establishment. In the end, we left the restaurant feeling let down and dissatisfied with the service we had received. The incident served as a reminder of how important good customer service is in the hospitality industry. It's unfortunate that we couldn't enjoy the food we had initially looked forward to due to such a negative experience.
