Houterville Station - Kewaunee

Took my Mustang in for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 1130. Also asked if they could install brake caliper covers if able they said they didn't fit . Was told should be done around 1230 1 hour so I waited. And waited. At 1330 I went to the FastLane desk where I dropped vehicle off to ask why so long. Was told brake covers didn't fit but that she didn't know the techs were going to take an extra long lunch. Really? 2 hours for oil change ?? And you keep your customers waiting so you can have a long lunch ?? Pathetic.

Never felt so welcomed at a bar like I have at Houterville. The owners, bartenders are friendly and professional. Drinks are cheap and it's a great atmosphere.
