Mcdonald's - Ketchikan

Through the ride thru and got the wrong order. I understand it's happening. I called and spoke to Rodney! He was so friendly and helpful and my order plus more! Thanks Ketchikan McDonald's, and thanks especially to Rodney for your efforts to keep us customers happy!

Food comes out pretty quick, was surprised Customer service? Depends on who is there

We visit McDonald 's occasionally and have found the orders placed are not always what you receive. This is frustrating for us since we have limited time for our lunch hour and typically spend a portion of it going back to the McDonald 's to get our order corrected. Today, the swing manager working the order window couldn 't even get our order correct. Each time I was going to speak she would interrupt me and wouldn 't let me talk. After laborious effort, I finally gave up and drove to the window to place the order. I guess this must have upset her even more by showing me and my wife an attitude. The bottom line is she screwed up the order and didn 't want to have to face the music. This McDonald 's has a history of bad customer service in this community, don 't think you are going to get the same level of quality service in Ketchikan that you receive in the lower 48...we just have to accept lower standards and the McDonald 's in Ketchikan is exactly that.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this McDonalds. At first I was a bit skeptical of a cheap chain restaurant in a small Alaska town, but it ended up being the best McDonalds I’ve ever been too. It wasn’t too crowded despite many cruises and tourists being in town. The food was really good, and the service was superb. Our order was fulfilled accurately in no time at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through town looking for something cheap and easy.
