Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had a negative experience at this restaurant. I have been living here for 3 months and have spent a lot of money here. Tonight, a customer was very threatening towards me. Despite buying a veteran a few drinks to show my appreciation for their service, the bartender Michelle engaged in fake political discussions that made me feel uncomfortable. I realized that this person was not a police officer and had to go to Walmart to buy food. Feeling uneasy, I went back to see if the person I complained about was still there and found the bartenders drinking with him. I was betrayed by the staff and the situation escalated when the police were called. The employees followed me home after I expressed my concerns. I advise others not to dine at this restaurant as it is unpleasant and unsafe.
This was my third and final visit to St. Louis Bar and Grill in Keswick. The location always promises a great experience. Last night, my friend and I went for dinner. I ordered two pounds of wings and requested one pound to be coated in Dill sauce. The waitress said this wasn't possible as they were too high maintenance. Despite paying a high price for the wings, I insisted and eventually they were able to accommodate my request. However, when our food arrived it was cold and lacking the Dill sauce. I politely asked for them to be reheated and properly sauced. After a 20 minute wait, I went to the bathroom and found the kitchen staff before speaking with the servers. When my food returned, it was finally prepared as requested. Unfortunately, the waitress never checked if my friend wanted a drink. All of this occurred on a night where the restaurant was not busy. It was a disappointing experience for the $90 spent, and I will not be returning.
The restaurant was very welcoming. While waiting for my order, I had a chance to chat with the owner, who took the time to explain some of the menu items. I had a pleasant experience and plan to come back to try their sandwiches.
If they want a spirit blows day / night the action packed game time fun. louis is the place to go! I personally love their wings and when I found out that they do the children thing that I wanted to smile from my face! I have noticed that the staff in the regular is very attentive to the public eye inside and outside the st. louis environment. especially if they know their satisfaction is up to par. thank you! best wishes.
Visited back in the winter. The waitress sat us in a corner and gave the two of us menus. She walked by many times and made eye contact with me but didn’t ever come to greet us at the table. We got there around 8pm and the only other people in the restaurant were a table of 2. We patiently waited 20 minutes and weren’t even acknowledged. No drinks or anything. Not even a “sorry I’ll be with you in a moment.” So we got up and left. I’ve been to the Aurora location a few times and have always had great service. I originally made this situation known by going to the “contact us” page of the St. Louis website. Nobody ever responded to that. I never contacted the restaurant directly as they showed much carelessness in their customer service, so I decided to make it public on here where I may have better luck in getting a response.
